How we got here
Short version: we kept meeting teams who had the idea but not the people to build it.
What is an AI build-and-delivery company?
An AI build-and-delivery company takes a product idea — often just a sentence — and returns working software in production. At Turbo AI that means design, models, data, interfaces, evaluation and deployment, owned by the client and run on infrastructure they control.

The idea
Two engineers kept noticing the same thing. The hard part of an AI product was never the model — it was everything around it. The data, the evaluation, the interface, the deployment. Plenty of teams had the idea. Far fewer had the people who could build it.

Turbo AI founded
We started Turbo AI in Shanghai to be those people. A company built for one purpose: take an idea in, hand a working product back, without the layers that usually sit between the two.
- Now
Still building
We build for startups and enterprises across Shanghai and Tokyo. The work has grown and so has what we can deliver. Every engineer here ships production code, and that is deliberate.
Who is building it
Clients work directly with the people who write the production code — not a relay of account managers.
David
Co-founder
Forward deployed engineer, formerly of the Tesla algorithm team. Turns ambiguous AI ideas into software teams can ship and operate.
Ting
Co-founder
AI program manager, formerly of the Tesla algorithm team. Owns delivery systems, evaluation and the path from prototype to production.
Neil
Co-founder
LLM algorithm engineer, ex-Tec-Do. Focused on models, agents and the infrastructure that keeps products running after handover.
